We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• To start a return, contact us at support@theparismoon.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
